Sparring focuses on applying techniques learned in training, including footwork, punches, defense, and ring awareness, in a live but safe environment. Intensity levels vary depending on the participants' experience and goals, ranging from light technical sparring to more competitive rounds. These sessions helps boxers improve timing, reaction speed, and adaptability while fostering respect and sportsmanship. Coaches often provide feedback to correct mistakes and enhance performance.
Sparring is always optional and is at the discresion of the coach.
